FRP pipe extraction machine
1. Application
This machine is a piece of special-purpose equipment in the FW-FRP pipe (RPMP) production line and it is mainly used for stripping FRP pipes.
2. Features
1) The gantry stripping device which is characterized by a large stripping force and smooth stripping operation is adopted in this machine.
2) A hydraulic cylinder, which has good force characteristics and is equipped with an overload protection, is adopted in this machine to exert the stripping force.
3) Both the stripping carriage and stripping trolley are designed to be equipped with a self-traveling device to simplify the stripping process and improve the stripping efficiency.
4) This stripping machine has a wider stripping range and it can strip pipes with a diameter of DN200-1600, 2000, 3000 and 4000mm, and a length from 0 to 12000mm.
3. Main components
This machine is composed of the gantry stripping frame and ejector, telescopic stripping arm, stripping carriage, stripping trolley, towing vehicle and winch.
